Question: I am between the ages of 30-60 years, which routine should I follow?
Answer: OUMERE is perfect for all ages over 18 (and under 18 with parental supervision). If your skin is otherwise ailment-free (no acne, no dermatitis, no rosacea, etc.) please follow the following routine:
AM: No. 9, UV-R, Serum Bioluminelle
PM: Oil Dissolution Theory, The Eye Serum, UV-R, Serum Bioluminelle,
Question: I am over the age of 60 years, which routine should I follow?
Answer: Those who are over 60 (who do not have any existing skin ailments such as acne, rosacea, dermatitis, etc.) will see profound, age-reversing results with the following routine:
AM: No. 9, The Eye Serum, UV-R, Serum Bioluminelle
PM: Oil Dissolution Theory, No.9, The Eye Serum, UV-R, Serum Bioluminelle
Question: I have rosacea, which OUMERE products should I use?
Answer: Rosacea can often be a serious skin ailment, please consult with a medical professional first. If your medical professional advises you to use skin care, the best OUMERE regimen is the following:
AM: UV-R, Serum Bioluminelle, Sun Luxe Sunscreen
PM: Oil Dissolution Theory, Eye Serum, UV-R, Serum Bioluminelle
Once redness subsides, incorporate diluted No. 9 a few times per week in the morning.
Question: I have acne, which OUMERE products should I use?
Answer: If you have acne, consult with a medical professional first. The most effective regimen begins with liquid exfoliation daily with our No. 9 Exfoliant to improve your skin's protective barrier, sebum levels, and to protect against future bacterial growth. Next, apply UV-R. And then apply Serum Bioluminelle.
**Note** For some, Bioluminelle should only be used very sparingly in the beginning (first 2-4 weeks). In the evening cleanse with our oil-based moisturizing cleanser, Oil Dissolution Theory, to cleanse skin without stripping its oils and disrupting it's pH. Harsh cleansers, and over use of cleansing products is another cause of acne and inflamed skin.
Please note that cystic acne is a severe medical condition and should be treated under a doctors supervision with prescribed medication.
Question: How long do I need to maintain the OUMERE acne regimen (No.9, UV-R, Serum Bioluminelle, and Oil Dissolution Theory) before I see results?
Answer: Since OUMERE products elicit a true biological response through gentle yet effective methodology, you will not see results overnight. Quick fixes are dangerous and do more harm than good in the long-run. Clients of OUMERE have reported seeing a clearing of years-long acne within one to two months of daily use. For clients with mature skin, or skin that has experienced acne for more than 5 years, improvement of acne may take more than 4 months.
Question: Will the No. 9 cause a skin purge?
Answer: If you are beginning the OUMERE regimen with damaged, weakened skin, acne or any skin barrier issues, it is likely that No. 9 will cause an initial skin purge. This is referred to as an ‘acne flare up’ and is common when first using an exfoliant. The exfoliant is working on damaged skin, and will often require skin to appear worse before it gets better because the exfoliant is revealing damaged skin underneath. With time, the flare up will subside and leave your skin clear. The more damaged your skin, the longer the flare up will last. More information on skin purging can be found here.
Question: I have oily, acne-prone skin, will putting oil on my face make my oil/acne worse?
Answer: Oily skin and acne are only made worse by improperly formulated skin care contained in plastic packaging. OUMERE's products have oils with a high concentration of anti-inflammatory fatty acids to counteract inflammation and reduce acne and contained in glass packaging. The principal behind our formulations is skin preservation, meaning that balanced oils will restore your skin, without making it more oily, or making acne worse.
Question: How long until I see the OUMERE age-reversing effect?
Answer: Upon using OUMERE Skin Care you will see immediate results such as skin hydration and a youthful glow. With each and every use, you will see age-reversing effects such as firmer, plumper skin, removal of fine lines and wrinkles. With years of use, users have reported younger looking skin compared to others of their same age.
Question: I see the ingredients in my product, is this normal?
Answer: Yes, OUMERE products are 99-100% natural we use no chemical solvents or heavy machinery in the making of our skin care. As a result, you will often see ingredient accumulation in your products. This is normal and the visual representation of the natural, potent and powerful quality of OUMERE.
Question: Can I use No. 9 twice per day?
Answer: No. 9 is a potent and powerful exfoliant and therefore should only be used twice per day by those with mature skin that is acclimated to No. 9.
Question: Will you send free samples of your products for me to try before I buy?
Answer: Samples are not available.
Question: When will I receive my order?
Please allow 2 business days for processing. Once your order has been processed your order will be mailed via USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL. You will receive a tracking number when your order has been mailed.
*NOTE: If it has been 3 business days or fewer since the time you placed your order, please do not contact OUMERE for an order update, as heavy order volume due to high demand may increase processing times. OUMERE is closed on weekends and holidays.
Question: I am placing an international order, will I need to pay a VAT or customs charge?
Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be paid in order for your package to clear customs. As the client, you are responsible for these charges. Packages returned as unclaimed or refused which have incurred returned shipping charges will be billed to your credit card. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office. OUMERE will not be held responsible for any confiscations by customs. OUMERE does not alter the value of packages on customs forms. OUMERE places the true and accurate value of purchased items on customs forms.
Question: I placed an international order, when will my package be released from customs?
Answer: Customs for your country may take time before your package is released. Please DO NOT contact OUMERE in regards to customs processes, wait times, charges, or customs release for your country. OUMERE does not have any additional information and cannot obtain any additional information on the status of your package outside of what can be inferred from your tracking information. The client is responsible for contacting their country's customs office in order to obtain additional information in regards to their package delivery.
Question: Why are OUMERE products always sold out?
Answer: To maintain creation of the highest quality products in the skin care industry, OUMERE Skin Care is created in OUMERE Labs in exclusive volumes without the use of mass machinery or factory production. This means that when OUMERE creates a batch, it is in a limited quantity and sells out quickly upon release.

Question: My product looks different in color/consistency than my previous order, is this normal?
Answer: Yes, OUMERE products are natural and made in exclusive volumes. Therefore the color and consistency of your product will vary from order to order. The difference in appearance occurs despite the formula being unchanged. This is normal and the visual representation of the all-natural quality of your OUMERE product.
Question: Can I store OUMERE products in the refrigerator?
Answer: Yes, all OUMERE products may be stored in the refrigerator. Please note that some oils may solidify slightly when refrigerated, and will return to their normal state once acclimated to room temperature.
